Squadron NCOs
Hello from the NCO team,
1074 squadron now has a much larger number of cadets than we have had in previous years with numbers exceeding 40 cadets down each night. This has in the past led to us needing a larger NCO team. However, due to several factors out of our control (such as leaving to attend university) the squadron has lost many of its NCOs in a very short amount of time, and we are currently working hard with the potential NCOs to help diminish this problem.
The squadron currently has 6 NCOs at the squadron, consisting of 4 Corporals, 1 Flight Sergeant and a Cadet Warrant Officer.
Within the NCO team we are lucky to have 3 staff cadets who help teach vital lessons within the ATC. Something also very rare in the ATC is that our squadron is lucky enough to have a Qualified Junior Leader within our ranks.
